The blog page is nearly at a complete “alpha stage”. Once I have all working pages I will revisit each and every one of them to improve aesthetics however;- for the time being I am happy to have the code playing nicely!
The next stage is to do the portfolio section of the website which I am still undecided on how to handle. I will be drawing up a few ideas later.
Once the portfolio section is ready it will be time to design miscellaneous pages like search results and 404 before moving onto the beta phase of improving everything all round.
Looking forward to knocking the portfolio section out however as I will feel comfortable enough to start on my first portfolio piece of artwork since the “Great Harddrive Crash of April 2011″.
Wondering what kind of asset(s) / environment to go for initially. I am thinking hyper realistic to begin with just for the employment prospects that are more likely to occur compared to creating a stylised piece which may not appeal to as many developers.
